Eucalyptus globulus
Honeybees heavily forage on its abundant nectar, which yields surplus honey with a distinctive menthol flavor; peak bloom occurs from late fall to early spring in its US range. Pollen is also collected but secondary to nectar; considered invasive in parts of California, so check local regulations before planting.
