Lyreleaf Sage
Honeybees visit lyreleaf sage primarily for its rich nectar and pollen in early spring when few other sources are available, making it a valuable early-season forage plant. Peak bloom occurs from April to June in its native range. It spreads readily by seed in moist soils but is not invasive and requires no special management beyond occasional division to prevent overcrowding.
