Wild Strawberry
Wild strawberry offers early-season pollen and limited nectar to honeybees, helping build brood in spring when few other sources are available; peak bloom occurs in May across its range. It spreads rapidly via runners to form dense groundcover, which can become weedy in managed landscapes but provides excellent forage patches if contained.
